Installing our apps on Android
Our apps come straight from us, not the Play Store, so Android asks you once for permission. It takes about a minute.
Step by step
- On your Android phone, open this site in Chrome and tap the app's Download button.
- When the download finishes, tap it in the notification, or open Chrome's menu (three dots) and choose Downloads, then tap the file.
- If Android says "your phone isn't allowed to install unknown apps from this source", tap Settings, find Chrome in the list and switch on Allow from this source. Go back and tap the file again.
- If Google Play Protect shows a warning about an unknown developer, tap More details, then Install anyway. This appears for any app that is not from the Play Store.
- Tap Install, then Open.
You only need to allow Chrome once. Every app you download from us after that installs with a single tap.
Trouble?
- "App not installed" usually means a previous version is on the phone. Uninstall it first, then install again.
- Download won't start in another browser. Use Chrome, or open the file from the Files app after it downloads.
- iPhone is not supported yet. Our apps are Android only for now.
